Add a mindful pause before doomscrolling
Friction does not block apps. It inserts a short, deliberate pause before the apps you have chosen become usable, so that opening them becomes a decision again rather than a reflex. Everything runs on the device, with no account and no server.
Friction はアプリを使えなくするアプリではありません。選んだアプリが操作可能に なる前にひと呼吸おく時間を挟み、「気づいたら開いていた」を「開くかどうか決める」 に戻します。動作はすべて端末内で完結し、アカウント登録もサーバーもありません。
